Great Abs – How to Plan for Them?
Everything that you do should be properly planned. You should have a vivid vision of what to do and how to do. In a business you need to assess expenses, cash flows, decide working strategies, times, office set ups, etc.
Building Great Abs also requires an awful amount of effort and planning.
Setting Goals:
You must have a vivid vision of what you want to achieve and why do you want to achieve that. Goal setting always works. In this case, the target is Great Abs. Before starting on a fitness and health program, these questions must be answered. Reasons can be many, such as:
1. Pants splitting up on a blind date.
2. Medical history of heart disease in the family.
3. Missing the old fun.
4. Want to play with your little ones.
Just keep one thing in your mind. Do this only for your own good self and not simply to impress someone. After evaluating your present fitness standards, various goals that should be set by you in your quest of building Great Abs are:
Long Term Plans:
1. Set a time frame such as 6 months and set your goals accordingly.
2. Set realistic goals. Dream high but don’t unnecessarily stretch yourself. Take one step at a time.
3. See yourself doing the various things that you want to do after developing Great Abs, such as running marathons, playing soccer and many more stuff. This will ignite your ambitions even more. It might seem difficult today but very soon you would be accomplishing your dreams.
Short Term Targets:
This will motivate you as it will provide you a feeling of accomplishment and success while you are on your way to building Great Abs. Such doses of motivation are very important to keep you charged up for the entire six months program for developing Great Abs. Short terms can be one week or one month. Examples are:
1. Using stair climbers at least 4 times in the decided week for about 30 minutes every time.
2. 50 kilometers bicycling per week for about 3 weeks.
3. Improving the timing of your stroll of 1 kilometer by at least 30 seconds this week.
Immediate Goals:
These are decided for a time frame of about a workout, day or week. By doing this no time is lost in deciding on the exercises to be done in the health club for developing Great Abs. Examples are:
1. Running 5 kilometers twice a week.
2. Bicycling 15 kilometers 2 times a week.
3. Visiting the health club thrice a week.
Possessing great Abs is no more a distant possibility now. If you have the desire, you have the results.
